How to ask for it
Write to letrixagame@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Wexel account”. It is deleted within 30 days at most, and you get a reply when it is done.
What is deleted
No copy is kept.
- Your account and your email.
- The name you played under.
- All your daily challenge results.
- Your duel rating.
- Online games played with the account.
What is on your phone
The progress kept on the phone itself — levels, streak, your words — is not deleted with the account. To remove it too, uninstall the app.
